Lucky Buddha Beer from China sets an example to the beverage industry with its interesting and cute Buddha-shaped bottles which are actually upcycled bottles. The uniquely upcycled design bottles opens a whole new meaning to the world of recycling, turning old bottles and making sure that they are reused although in a different shape.
Beer drinkers are bound to enjoy their beer while taking a gander at the Buddha-designs that they are drinking from. Even the cap of the bottles comes with a Buddha on it!
The process is made by gathering old bottles, washing them, and heated in ovens with a punt attached at the bottom.
The bottle is then heated in a glory hold furnace until the glass has softened enough to be worked. Then the neck of the bottle is opened out to its desired shape. It is then returned to the oven to be cooled slowly to keep it from cracking or breaking.
