I have been in, around and writing about the restaurant business since 1967. In those 40 years, I have never seen anything quite like the "Big Belly" for solving so many restaurant trash problems. Moreover, to be able to solve these noxious problems in a "green" way sure made a heckuvalot of sense to me when I heard of this invention. I highly recommend it to anyone in the food service industry that wants to be part of the SOLUTION not part of the problem. I have been in, around and writing about the restaurant business since 1967. In those 40 years, I have never seen anything quite like the “Big Belly” for solving so many restaurant trash problems. Moreover, to be able to solve these noxious problems in a “green” way sure made a heckuvalot of sense to me when I heard of this invention.

I highly recommend it to anyone in the food service industry that wants to be part of the SOLUTION not part of the problem.
