Kodak Introduces New Solar Charger, KS100
With demand for solar chargers at an all time high, manufacturers everywhere are rushing to fill the need. Enter Kodak with an all new solar charger for various digital gadgets, such as mP3 players, the iPhone, digital cameras, ebook readers, and other devices.
It works similar as other solar chargers, plug your device to it and let the Sun power it up. This one also has the option of an USB outlet, in case you’re out on a rainy day – just make sure you have your laptop with you as this is how it will charge up.
Kodak has a few solar powered devices in the works to help people power their many digital electronics on the go, and all are Energy Star qualified.
The new solar-powered Kodak Charger will retail for $39.99 and debut Fall 2009.
