Melting the Ice
2007 has been christened the theme the International Polar Year aimed at promoting global warming. It is a fact that the polar ice caps are disintegrating bit by bit and if no action is taken soon, we may find a lot of species in the polar regions dying and facing major catastrophe.
We do not have to go there and offer our help. We can simply check out the different means to fight off global warming. To some, it may seem like child’s play. But each little contribution counts. Everything starts from the smallest contribution that all of us can do in line with the World Environment Day efforts for the International Polar Year.
