Solar Panels made from Hair

The components of solar panels may not matter much for most as long as they are able to deliver the necessary solar energy needed. However, if the inventors would be able to disclose the materials used in the process the better.
But what makes these solar panels interesting is that they were made from actual human hair. And further adding some drama to it all is the fact that they were all made by an 18 year old named Milan Karki.
Using human hair, Karki was able make use of human hair to harness solar energy – something that was reportedly inspired from a Stephen Hawking’s book that noted human hair can generate static electricity.
The result was a chessboard-sized panel which can reportedly generate about 18-watts of energy.
