Wine making is not spared from the usual problems when it comes to the energy required to power up the place where the whole process is done. But thanks to Michael Janzten, a solar powered vineyard winery should address those issue and maybe even churn out some more perks as well.
Apparently his idea calls for the Solar Vineyard Winery to generate power by wining photo-voltaic solar cells. Aside from that, the curvy structure also provides a shady space beneath it. The allocated space thus becomes a dual-purpose area; a special events area by day and a power collector by night.
In essence, the Solar Vineyard Winery is a business-minded model which seems to be a commercial and industrial solution that should address the demand for quality wines without wasting much of nature’s fruits.
