I work in renewable energies and this idea of harnessing and converting the vibration from floors, busy highways, roads, etc. to accumulate & produce energy sounds fantastic. There are some highways whose heavy traffic is 24h and makes to vibrate everything around. This is waste energy that can be used to produce electricity.

The traffic idea looks like a good one, but highway traffic of trucks and cars seems like a better source to me.Just stand neer any major highway and you'll see what I meen. Some mayjor highways are buissy 24 hrs. a day.
