We talked about the NEW! eco friendly computer from Dell last week, and today i found a neat video with someone unboxing the Studio Hybrid PC.

There is no doubt that an electrically powered car will be good for the planet, Gordon Browns suggestion that he would like to see all cars in the UK should be all electric or hybrid vehicles that produce under 100 grams of Co2 per Km.

It is definitely not a good advert for Toyota as one of their retro fitted cars, this is where other companies take a factory fitted car and change it into something else. The general idea is to fit a plug in module into the hybrid car. Toyota has plans for this but it is going to be a few years away.

Japan is making plans to introduce hybrid trains into their transportation systems.
Today they are introducing a two-car diesel-electric hybrid train. It has a diesel engine, two electric motors underneath each car and lithium ion batteries on the roof. The train runs on its batteries until it encounters a hill or the batteries begin to run out and then the diesel engine kicks in.

The Aero Rider, is a three wheeled bike that runs on electricity and human pedal power. Under development in Amsterdam the bike can reach speeds of 28 mph and comes with various battery options. The specs and pricing on the bike can be found its main web page here. The bike is ultra light, hybrid, and will come in various colors.
In the U.S. the bike can used anywhere regular bikes are allowed, as it is considered a bicycle.
