Now that we all know that there is mercury in the old type light bulbs it is some what hard to throw them away without actually worrying about where they are going, after all if enough light bulbs all end up at the same land fill site, wouldn’t all of the mercury collect in one place?

Conserve electricity through the use of alternative lighting products such as the fluorescent bulbs may cost more for some people but the cost is worth it compared to the tragedies the old light bulbs bring. Such has been the theme set for October, energy awareness month to which people are properly oriented and egged on to try out the new line of bulbs that can surely be more feasible and helpful to their homes and the world today.

There has been much talk about the old style light bulbs and how they are bad for the environment etc, so trust a designer to come up with a great idea on how to use up some the light bulbs.
The bulbs unlimited website has some really great ideas to make your living space something quite spectacular lighting display, and the best thing is that you make them yourself, how about that one to impress your friends.

We are told that we should be changing over all of our light bulbs to the eco friendly types that use less electricity and last for years. This both saves money by using less electricity and therefore helping to save the planet, well that is the theory.

Light bulbs produce more than the usual lighting we all know. They are also produced to make life hazardous as well based on the early materials used for the normal light bulbs we find today.
