Grab a bowl of Green Tea? well yes, a cereal bowl

According to the American Dietetic Association, one would need to drink at least 4 cups (about 480 mg of antioxidant EGCG) of green tea to derive its benefit. That may be a tad much for folks to drink on a daily basis, so why not eat your way to the minimum.
