		<description>One of the most overlooked things we can do to reduce global warming is energy recycling.  Basically, we can take the heat that&#039;s vented from manufacturing facilities, power plants, hospitals, etc., and turn it into electricity and steam.  This would make a huge dent in global warming -- more than all the solar panels in the country.  We just have to push the government to encourage it.</description>
