Keetsa delivers free of charge to the 48 contiguous states of the USA.
If you live outside the 48 contiguous states, please contact Customer Service at 1.877.753.3872 for a shipping quote.
Most orders ship via Fedex Ground from our warehouse in California and can take 7 to 10 business days for delivery.
Fedex tracking number will be emailed to you after your order ships, usually 1~2 business days after the order is placed.
Using this tracking number on Fedex.com, you will be able to see when the item is being delivered.
Fedex does not guarantee the delivery at certain time or call you before the delivery.
If you are in the Bay Area, Los Angeles, or in New York City, and you require a special delivery service,
please call Keetsa store in your area and purchase over the phone or come into the store.
There is an extra fee for special delivery services.
Deliveries to most areas in Canada are also free.
Please expect 7 to 10 business days for delivery in Canada.
Keetsa pays all duty and customs fee related to shipping the item over the border.
Although very rare, there may be shipping delays due to stock shortage or other unexpected reasons,
which will be promptly notified to you.
Keetsa is not responsible for any shipping delays and does not guarantee a certain shipping time,
date or durations of delivery.

If the item has already been shipped out there will be return shipping fee for cancelling an order.

The item must be returned in the original PACKAGING for your refund to be processed.
Please expect up to two weeks to see the refund on the statement.

If you do decide to return, there is a return processing fee which is 10% of your purchased value.
Returns for Mattresses/Box Springs, Comfort Layers and Pillows: We require you allow a full 30 nights of use before contacting us for return issues, and you have up to a full 90 days return privilege from date of purchase.
Please contact your Sleep Consultant to discuss your comfort issue. We have several options for solving your problem. If you do decide to return, there is a return processing fee which is 10% of your purchased value.
Returns for Bed Frames, Beddings, Pet Products and Giving Kandles: You have up to a full 30 days return privilege from date of receipt of goods. If the item is unused and in the original package, full refund is offered. Customer is responsible for returning the item to the store. If the item has been used, there is a return processing fee which is 10% of your purchased value.
