Keetsa has designed a smarter, more efficient system that
results in a smaller carbon footprint to ship worldwide.

 


  1. Shipping & Delivery

    Keetsa has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers.

    Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing.
    You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.

    International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service.

    Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.

  2. Return Policy

    All international orders placed with Keetsa on shop.keetsa.com is considered final at the point of shipping from Keetsa's warehouse.

    No refund or exchanges.

    Keetsa offers no service for orders shipped outside of the United States. All vendor warranties are considered null and void without exception.

    It is the purchaser's responsibility to insure proper insurance coverage is available to cover loss or damage for orders shipped outside of the US.

  3. Order Cancellation

    International Checkout provides a service and is a separate entity from the store. As such, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to your order once your order has been placed and we have processed your payment.

  4. Insurance For Loss or Damage

    All orders are insured against loss or damage.
    The cost of this insurance is included in your International Checkout shipping and handling fee.

  5. Currency

    Visa and Master Card payments will be processed in your local currency. If your local currency is not supported, then payment will be processed in US Dollars.

    All other payment methods will be processed in US Dollars only.
